Born in Brazil, Renata now spends her time between Italy and Portugal with her young son Kauai and her husband. Drawn to the culture, history and food in Italy and the wild coastline of Portugal, Renata enjoys the best of both worlds. With a passion for photography, food, surfing and interior design, Renata has a beautifully creative spirit. We sat down with Renata to discuss her photography, navigating motherhood after losing her own mum, and that work-life balance. Introducing Renata Tognoli.

Based in the beautiful seaside city of Costa Mesa, California - meet Model & Mama, Mikaela Simila. Originally from Seattle, Mikaela moved to New York in pursuit of her modelling career, it was there met her husband Diego and gave birth to their daughter Lux. When pregnant with their son Rocky, Mikaela and Diego decided to move their budding young family to the sunny West coast where youngest Mickey was born. A lover of nature, you will often find Mikaela by the ocean, covered in sand and always smiling. We sat down with Mikaela and daughter Lux, to talk about motherhood, juggling business and babies, beautiful friendships and our fave ice cream flavour...well, we talked ice cream with little Lux.  You are in the process of starting your own sustainable swimwear label, Bambino Swim...First of all, congratulations! How are you juggling your own business and motherhood? Is sustainability something that is really important to you?Thank you! I’m really excited to get Bambino into people’s hands. It’s been a labour of love! Sustainability is very important to us. In every decision, we make regarding the brand that has been the top priority. We want what we create to have a positive rather than negative impact on the planet. I’m excited to go more into detail on this and share it as we get closer to the launch! The juggle is challenging for every mom, we all carry so much. I try my best to be fully present when I’m with the kids and make the times I do work feel distinct and separate so that they don’t feel ignored or unimportant. I believe it is important and healthy that they see me working and passionate. Especially for my daughter.

Starting off as a fashion blogger, putting together outfits and photographing them on the streets of LA, Olivia has transformed this passion into a full-time business. With a large social media following, Olivia is now the author of a travel book, creator of a travel podcast and website, and the beautifully curated studio space Bon Weekender. With summer just around the corner, we are taking inspiration from this gorgeous traveller.

From model to mother to mogul, meet Vanessa Ford. To describe Vanessa as inspiring, would be a total understatement. This incredible, natural beauty is the mother to three of the most beautiful curly haired bubs we have ever seen - her two sons Rio and Eaton, and daughter Monroe. Born in Canada to Jamaican parents, Vanessa is extremely proud of her roots, it is something that has driven her career to where it is today and shaped the mother she is always striving to be.
Vanessa is the executive producer of the children's series, Super Sema and COO of the company that created the series, Kukua. Super Sema is the first African animated superhero series, empowering and inspiring the next generation of children to change the world through curiosity and creativity. Recently Oscar-winning actor Lupita Nyong'o not only joined the voice cast of the series, but she also became a partner in the female-led, Nairobi-based production company Kukua.

We are blessed to not be alone in this journey; as women we share an intrinsic connection to each other, experiencing life in a uniquely feminine way. Our bodies are all different, our minds are all our own and our hearts experience love in different ways, yet we are all daughters, sisters, mothers, grandmothers and friends. Prologue is a celebration of this boundless bond, which is why we chose to work with some beautiful women in our latest campaign. Each in different stages of their lives, with different passions and journeys yet an amazing sense of compassion for one another. Let us introduce you to the beautiful faces behind Prologue.

Since then, a lifelong friendship has blossomed - talking from dusk till dawn every day. We sat down with Johanna and Nathalie and discussed friendship, motherhood and their passions. We loved to see the beautiful similarities in their answers and yet their unique differences.

The beautifully restored cabin is full of character and so is the inspirational woman who brought this dream to fruition. Sarah Andrew’s is the owner, renovator and stylist behind Captains Rest, with an amazing true story that is nothing short of unbelievable. From spatial scientist to shipwrecked sailor to designer to the owner of one of the most sought after lodgings in Australia - Sarah is an intriguing woman with a lifetime of stories to tell. It is this love for storytelling, that has made the truly unique experience of Captains Rest such a success. Sarah now wears yet another hat, teacher, running a very successful Hosting Masterclass in which she shares her experience with renovating, design, styling and marketing her accommodations. We were lucky enough to hear firsthand Sarah's incredible story, even luckier to receive some of her top styling tips.

Meet Lauren Freestone, a contemporary Indigenous artist. Art forged a beautiful bond between Lauren and her father, who taught her to paint, just as his father had done before him. Growing up in Scotts Head, the beautiful coastal landscape surrounded by bush was the perfect inspiration for her art. Her works tell the stories of her ancestors and the Wiradjuri & Gumbaynggirr country, stories she believes need to be passed down for generations.
