Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. During sale periods and new collection launches, please allow a little extra time.

All orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Burleigh Heads, Australia.

Once your order is placed:

You’ll receive an order confirmation email
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. For real-time updates, please use your tracking link directly with the carrier.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

All orders are final once processed through checkout. We are unable to:

Add or remove items
Combine multiple orders
Cancel an order once placed

We ship via Australia Post or Aramex

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard: 2–8 business days
Express: 1–5 business days

If you prefer for your parcel to be delivered with Australia Post, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS Express, or Australia Post.
Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days.

US Orders:
All US orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Note: Using a parcel locker as your delivery address may cause delays.

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas:

Standard Delivery (Australia Post): place your order before 6:00am Monday 16 December
Express Post (Australia Post): place your order before 6:00am Monday 23 December
International Orders (DHL Express): place your order before 6:00am Tuesday 17 December

All Express Post orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Orders placed after these times may not arrive before Christmas.

Tariffs & Import Duties (U.S. Customers)

We now include all applicable import duties, tariffs, and customs fees in our product prices for U.S. customers. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no additional import charges upon delivery.

If you refuse a shipment, you will still be responsible for the original shipping and return fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
