Points are added to your account automatically once you're signed in. One-off actions can only be earned once.

Your tier is based on what you spend over a rolling 12 months. Each tier keeps everything below it.
Loyalty Tier 1
Up to $649 spent
- 1x points for every $1 spent
- 35 points for signing up
- 400 point birthday reward
Loyalty Tier 2
$650 – $1,249 spent
- 1.25x points for every $1 spent
- 200 points on entry
- 500 point birthday reward
Loyalty Tier 3
$1,250 – $1,999 spent
- 1.5x points for every $1 spent
- 300 points on entry
- 600 point birthday reward
Loyalty Tier 4
$2,000+ spent
- 1.75x points for every $1 spent
- 500 points on entry
- 800 point birthday reward

How do I join Auguste Insider?
Create an Auguste account using the email address you check out with. Membership is free, and your points start accruing on your next order.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on the product value of every order, excluding shipping and taxes. You can also earn by writing a review, referring a friend and adding your birthday to your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in and choose a reward on this page. Your code is issued straight away and can be applied at checkout on your next order.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any order, review or referral resets the clock.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is based on what you spend over a rolling 12 months. Once you reach a tier you keep every benefit below it.
When do I get my birthday reward?
Birthday rewards are issued annually and vary by tier. A 30-day waiting period may apply for new members depending on when you sign up.
My points are missing. What now?
Points are matched to the email address on your order. If you checked out as a guest or used a different address, email customercare@augustethelabel.com with your order number and we'll add them manually.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on returned items are removed from your balance, and your tier is recalculated on your adjusted spend.
Can I use points with a discount code?
Only one offer applies per order, so points can't be combined with another promotion or discount code.
How do I leave the program?
Email customercare@augustethelabel.com and we'll close your membership. Any unredeemed points are forfeited when you leave.
