We offer FREE returns on Exchanges and store credits over $100. Exchanges are instant and your new order will be dispatched the next business day. 

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

Extended Christmas Returns & Final Sale Policy 

Orders placed from Friday 29 November until Thursday 25 December are eligable for a refund, exchange, or store credit from now until 8 January 2026 as part of our extended Christmas return period, giving you plenty of time to shop for gifts with confidence this festive season.

Final Sale items will be clearly marked in the product description. Sale items marked Final Sale are strictly NOT eligible for return. If you need a size exchange for the same product, we’re happy to help — just reach out to customercare@augustethelabel.comand our team will assist. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International customers

For international customers, please note the following:

If you’d prefer for us to arrange a DHL Express return label on your behalf, a flat return fee of $40 USD will be deducted from your refund.

International & NZ Customers

To initiate a return:

  1. Email customercare@augustethelabel.com with the items you wish to return
  2. If eligible, our team will provide next steps
  3. You’ll need to arrange your return using a standard trackable shipping service

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
