Returns Policy

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.
• Swimwear must be returned unworn with hygiene stickers and tags attached. Please try on over underwear.
• Please follow garment care instructions — damage from improper care will not be considered a fault.
• Faulty items will be replaced where stock is available. If not, a full refund will be issued.

Instant Exchanges

• Exchanges are processed instantly — your new item will ship within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are dispatched within our standard processing timeframe.
• Your original item must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged.
• A $1 hold may be placed on your card to secure the exchange item.
• Exchanges under $100 incur a $10 handling fee.

Store Credit

• Store credit is issued once your return is received and processed.
• You’ll receive it via email as a digital gift card.
• Bonus: Receive an extra $5 credit when choosing store credit.
• Store credit cannot be refunded later.

Shop Now

• You can shop now with your return credit.
• Orders are dispatched within our standard processing timeframe.
• Your original item must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged.
• You will be refunded for any variances in pricing and charged if your purchase is more.
• You will receive a shop now credit that can only be applied at the time of doing the return.
• The shop now bonus cannot be used after the return is processed.

Return Fees & Options

• Refund: $10 handling fee applies for Australian returns when opting for a refund.
• Store Credit: Free returns + $5 bonus credit to be used at a later time.
• Instant Exchange: Free, including return shipping and new order shipping.

Using Auguste Return Label

Reach out to customercare@augustethelabel.com if your return label isn’t automatically generated. Return fees are indicated in the below table for each country. We use DHL for our international returns.

If you use your own label you will be charged a flat A$10 fee for your return which will be deducted from your return.
