14 Day Returns
Auguste gladly accepts returns within 14 days from the dispatch date under the following conditions.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned for refund or store credit, unless deemed as faulty
- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons
- USA customers can generate a return label through the DHL portal link we provide, a $15 handling fee will be deducted from the return
- Customers outside of the USA will need to organise shipping labels through their local carrier
- Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee from your refund
- Boutique purchases must be returned in store
- Online orders must be returned through our Online Returns Portal. We cannot accept online returns in our retail stores
To return an item, simply visit our Returns Portal. Once your return has been lodged;
- You will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to Auguste
- USA customers will be able to generate a label with DHL via a link in the return confirmation email
- All other customers will need to organise shipping labels through their local carrier
Once Auguste the Label receives your return:
- Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit
- For customers who receive a DHL label a handling fee will be deducted from your refund
- If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you via email. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date.
- If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Auguste The Label as soon as your refund has been initiated
