The Anywhere Escape - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. Auguste The Label Pty Ltd (ABN 68 121 785 617) (Auguste). By entering, you accept these Terms. This is a game of chance and the winner is selected by random draw.

2. Eligibility. Employees, directors and contractors of Auguste, Flight Centre, Airbnb and any agency involved in the Promotion, anyone involved in the draw, and their immediate families are not eligible. Auguste may verify the winner's identity, age and residency before awarding the prize.

3. How to enter. The Promotion runs from 8 October 2026 to 23:59 AEDT on 31 October 2026. Enter by submitting your name and email address at [augustethelabel.com/anywhere-escape]. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person. Making a purchase at augustethelabel.com during the Promotion Period, using the same email address, earns one bonus entry (maximum one bonus entry per person). Social media activity is not an entry. Entries made by automated means or with multiple or fake email addresses are invalid. Auguste is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. By entering you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Auguste The Label. You can op-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

4. Draw. The draw will take place on 1 November 2026 by random selection. Auguste's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize. One prize with a total value of AUD $6,500 (incl. GST):

  • $3,000 Flight Centre gift card, subject to the Flight Centre Gift Card Terms of Use.

  • $2,000 Airbnb gift card, subject to Airbnb's gift card terms (Help Centre and Terms of Use).

  • $1,500 Auguste holiday wardrobe, provided as an Auguste gift card. It is valid for 3 years from issue, delivered by email, redeemable online and in store with no processing fees, usable across multiple purchases, and cannot be used to buy gift cards. Returns follow our Returns Policy, with refunds issued as store credit.

The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable. Lost, stolen or expired gift cards will not be replaced and unused balances will not be refunded. Any costs above the gift card values are the winner's responsibility. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, Auguste may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Claiming the prize. The winner will be notified by email on 1 November 2026 and must reply by 5:00pm AEDT on 15 November 2026 with their full name, date of birth, address, mobile number and any proof of eligibility requested. If the prize is not claimed, it will be redrawn on 16 November 2026, and the reserve winner will be notified by email within 2 business days. Gift cards will be emailed within 14 days of the prize being claimed, and Auguste is not responsible for them once sent. Auguste will only contact the winner from customercare@augustethelabel.com and will never ask for payment or bank details.

7. Travel. The winner chooses their destination, dates and stay, subject to availability and the gift card issuers' terms. The winner is responsible for all other costs, including travel insurance (recommended), passports, visas, transfers, meals, spending money and any companion's costs, and for meeting all entry requirements. Bookings are contracts with Flight Centre, Airbnb, the airline or host, whose cancellation terms apply. Auguste makes no representation about any destination's safety; check Smartraveller before booking.

8. Privacy and marketing. By entering, you consent to joining the Auguste mailing list and receiving marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information may be shared with our service providers (some overseas) and the gift card issuers to deliver the prize, and is handled under our https://augustethelabel.com/pages/privacy-policy . The winner may be invited to take part in optional publicity.

9. Social media. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform, and entrants release them from all liability. Direct all questions to Auguste.

10. General. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Auguste is not liable for any loss arising from the Promotion or prize (except where caused by its negligence), for the acts of third-party suppliers, or for technical failures. Auguste may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, provides false information or breaches these Terms, and may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
