We offer FREE returns on Exchanges and store credits over $100. Exchanges are instant and your new order will be dispatched the next business day.
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
International customers
For international customers, please note the following:

If you wish to return an item, you’ll need to organise your own return shipping via a standard trackable service.

Due to the limited quantities of our collections, we’re unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@augustethelabel.comfor detailed instructions.
If you’d prefer for us to arrange a DHL Express return label on your behalf, a flat return fee of $40 USD will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility
Sale items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless marked as Final Sale.Final Sale items will be clearly stated on the product page and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll resolve it in line with our Damaged/Defective Goods Policy.
14-Day Returns Policy
We want you to love your Auguste pieces! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery date under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached

Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (unless faulty)

We’re happy to accept returns made within 14–30 days of delivery, but please note these are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Swimwear must be returned unworn with hygiene stickers and tags attached. Please try on over underwear for hygiene reasons

Please follow garment care instructions – damage from improper care won’t be considered a fault

Faulty items will be replaced (where stock allows). If your item is unable to be replaced then we will offer a full refund.

Lodging Your Return
To return an item, visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps provided.
Please ensure you:

Use the return label provided, as our system tracks your return via the tracking number.

Lodge separate return requests for items from multiple orders

Have your return label scanned at your local Australia Post Office
Return Fees & Options
We offer flexible return options so you can choose what works best for you:

Refund: A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Store Credit: Returns for store credit are FREE, and we’ll also add a $5 bonus credit to your account.

Exchange: returns for exchanges are FREE, which covers return shipping and standard shipping for your new order.

You'll receive your store credit once your parcel is in transit

We’ll email this to you as a digital gift card

Store credit cannot be refunded at a later date
Exchanges (AU Only)

Exchanges are instant – your new item will ship out to you within 1-2 business days, so you don’t miss out on your size.

New items will be shipped within our standard order processing timeframe

You’ll need to return your original item within 14 days to avoid being charged for the replacement

A $1 hold may be placed on your card to secure the exchange item
- Exchanges under $100 will incur a $10 Handling fee.
- Exchanges over $100 are FREE
Once Your Return is Received

You can track your return using your AusPost label

Once received, our team will carry out a quick quality check

Refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method

If you used a gift card + card, the refund will apply to the gift card first

For Afterpay purchases, Afterpay will send you an updated payment schedule

You'll receive a confirmation from us once your refund or credit has been processed
International & NZ Customers
To initiate a return:

- If eligible, our team will provide next steps
- You’ll need to arrange your return using a standard trackable shipping service
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
