1/4 cup Lemon + Blueberry Bircher by The Wild
1/2 cup nut milk
4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
6 tablespoons Orange + Cacao Crumble by The Wild
Garnish with fresh blackberries, blueberries + strawberries
Soak Bircher in nut milk for minimum 20 minutes, until the milk is almost absorbed.
Start with a layer of soaked Bircher; sprinkle with Crumble. Add yoghurt. Then decorate with mixed berries to serve.
