FRANCESCA: BTS - PART 2

FRANCESCA: BTS - PART 2

An ode to days spent lost on pebbled Spanish streets heading towards the golden hour, it’s only fitting that our Francesca collection was captured on one of our favourite islands, Menorca. Between its laidback lifestyle and the heavenly turquoise waters, the island was nothing less than a dream (even if we did have a seemingly endless amount of work).

They say you don’t make a photo with just a camera and in the case of this campaign, that couldn’t be more correct – our team earned themselves more than a few Aperol Spritzes for all their incredible work! Take a look at some of our behind the scenes moments and get to know the angels who pulled this memorable shoot together.

Get around the island and see as much as you can, we went far and wide and there's still heaps we didn't see. There isn't much there not worth seeing… it’s a unique and incredible place for sure.

Talk us through your trip highlight…
For me the whole trip was a huge highlight. I'd never been to Spain at all, so every turn and every place I got to see was just amazing! Being in such a place shooting with good friends is about as good as it gets for me!

Hire a car so you’re able to explore all the beautiful little nooks of the Island, it’s a small place but most of the best beaches are tucked away. Enjoy yourself, it’s such a beautiful place!

Talk us through your trip highlight…
So many moments! The cliff jumping on the final day, after we wrapped up the shoot, was pretty amazing – I’d hit repeat on that anytime.

My kit for work, a book and a bikini.

Any advice for someone coming to Menorca?
Stay on one of the amazing inland farms instead of going to a normal hotel. They offer great little private farm stays in a nice surrounding, every morning a fresh homemade breakfast.
The island is super small and easy to explore – just rent a car and just drive from south to the north and east to the west. In between you can stop on a great wine farm "bodegas binifadet' or have dinner later in a small little restaurant. Visit cova d'en xoroi for a great sunset and exploring local products in cituadella.
