We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for a refund (excluding earrings and sale items). Your item(s) must be received by Auguste The Label within 30 days from your original delivery date.

- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.
Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
• Earrings from our jewellery collection cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return delivery costs for a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Return Delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Auguste The label.
• Auguste recommends returning your item with a tracking number and/or a signature on delivery as Auguste The Label is
not responsible for returns that are not received.
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.
Completing a Return:
Step 1: If you have a concern with your order, please ensure to contact Customer Care for support before proceeding.
Step 2: A returns form must be filled out and included within your returns delivery packaging as it contains all your order’s details to enable us to return the funds to you

Once We Have Received Your Return:
- Please follow your return tracking details method to monitor the progress of your return delivery to Auguste The label.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return being received.
- If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay notifying you of the cancellation of your payment plan, resulting in a refund for payments made (minus shipping).
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Auguste The Label as soon as your refund has been initiated.
